While using our Service, we may provide resources which require basic “Personally Identifiable” information for us to securely furnish resources to you. This includes information such as your name and email for training alerts and free products, the addition of phone number for 1:1 Coaching appointments, and, payment information at the point of sale. We do not store credit card information. Although this limits us from providing a smoother experience for return customers, this safety measure we hope, will provide ease-of-mind for shoppers. We use a trusted, secure payment processor called Stripe. Stripe collects and processes payment information.

Whenever you sign-up to receive a Mindset resource, inquire about 1:1 Coaching, or purchase Trainings, we will save inactive name and/or emails for up to 1 year so as to be available to support you as best we can. For active email recipients (those who open our emails), you will remain on the list until 1. the Service becomes unavailable or, 2. You unsubscribe. From every information email we send to list members, you can unsubscribe by using the link in the footer. We  maintain the following groups of active users:

Training Alert Sign-Up: When you submit your information using our Training Alert pop-up, you are agreeing allow us to put your name and email address on our list to receive information regarding current, upcoming, and recently closed programs. These emails may include links to download additional helpful resources related to the content such as currently available free resources. Mindset Resource List: This group is comprised of those who download a mindset resource from the Service. We like to surprise our recipients with bonus resources from time to time. User Experience Data

We use what are called Cookies and Pixels on our website, along with button identifiers. These include a small amount of data including a unique identifier that is not personally identifiable. You can clear your cookies at any time. We also use Log Data. which may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

We use the above information for providing an improved Service, including ease of use and quality of content. Our goal is always to make the Service easy and beneficial for everyone. By using our website, you agree to allow us to use this data.

GDPR Compliance: As stated above, the Service saves the following personally identifiable information we collect: name, email and/or phone for adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purpose (‘data minimisation’). Emails that we send that are not openned will be deleted after 1 year, unless the recipient unsubscribes first. Diana Donaldson, Founder of RICE Content Marketing and Design is the only individual who manages data received and is responsible for furnishing all email correspondance. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.


The security of your Personal Information is important to us. The platforms and plugins the Service uses are chosen with your safety and security in mind. We cannot guarantee with 100% certainty however, any digital experience over the Internet.

At any time if you see a link to an external website when using the Service those sites are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site.
