Prioritize Self Care, Especially When You’re “Too Busy”

We all know it: working late hours to improve products or follow inspiration, lowering self care on the list of priorities in attempt to ease the load. When you make a conscious decision towards work/life balance you will be amazed how much more you can accomplish.

At minimum, practice these 3 healthy habits:

#1: Drink Your Water

Why do so many people talk about hydration? When you starve your body it works harder. When you work tirelessly and are stressed about your business, this step helps combat depletion. Drink your water.

#2: Work-Life Boundaries

It’s so hard to set and keep  work-life boundaries. Your entrepreneurial mind is always on and there’s always more to do. Choose and stick to set hours as best you can. Especially when you work from home.

#3: Can-Do Exercise

Determine what you can do every day. Like giving yourself the water you need, exercise keeps your blood moving and is great for stress. Even 5 – 10 minutes can help. Stretch, dance, walk the block.
